Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items cannot be returned once delivered.
• Please review your order carefully before checkout.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video, and our team will assist you.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
